Call Logic provides software and related services for call intelligence, automation, reporting, and operational follow-through. You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for your account activity, the accuracy of the information you provide, and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service beyond the scope of your authorized access unless we expressly permit it in writing.

Some features may require a paid subscription or negotiated commercial agreement. Pricing, billing terms, and plan scope may be provided separately during onboarding or in a written order form.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Call Logic and its related software, branding, documentation, and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if the service relationship otherwise ends. You may stop using the service at any time.
